Most AI document tools quietly rasterize what they make. It looks sharp on screen, then goes soft the moment you resize or reprint it. Dotsy renders through the browser's own print engine, so text stays text and every shape stays a scalable path.

That is also why it fits the rest of your toolkit: open the PDF in Canva, Illustrator or Figma and you get real, editable objects, not a locked image you can only crop.

why we're building dotsy

A good-looking planner, tracker or binder usually starts with hours in a design tool. You set up a grid, fix the spacing, wire the page links, and only then get to use the thing.

Dotsy goes straight from a sentence to a finished document. Describe what you want in plain language, answer a couple of optional questions about the look, and get back every page laid out, numbered and cross-linked.

The part that matters most to us is what the output actually is: real vector artwork, rendered through the browser's own print engine, so it opens as editable objects in Canva, Illustrator or Figma. A starting point you keep designing from, not a flat file you're stuck with.
